Mission

Our mission is to promote the culture of extra virgin olive oil (evo) in the world and preserve the genetic diversity of Cultivars enhancing the territory by protecting its biodiversity.

We inspire pleasant and unforgettable moments with an unmistakable flavour.

We have been producing 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil (evo) for 4 generations.
We represent one of the Italian culinary excellences and we receive prizes and awards from the most prestigious juries and national and international gourmet magazines every year.

Francesco Cillo

His story begins in 1931 in a town surrounded by the silence of nature and olive trees that develop their high quality thanks to the local microclimate.
Today Francesco Cillo represents an area that is perfectly balanced and uncontaminated. It is the fascinating proof of a place unaltered over time.

Philosophy and Sustainability

Our philosophy is based on two principles: the respect for the natural beauty of places and the fact that we belong to a deeply rooted culture.

We preserve the genetic diversity of the cultivars and the heritage of knowledge of the traditions to which their use and conservation are inextricably linked.
We contribute to the protection of biodiversity, an essential resource in order to deal with the challenges of climate change.
