When accessing and consulting this Site, as well as when using the services that are offered to users, information related to users, identified or identifiable physical persons can be collected and processed. If users’ personal data are thus collected, this information will be processed in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, only with the aim to pursue the following purposes:
a) related and/or instrumental purposes to allow access and use of the Site and its functions;
b) for operational, administrative and management needs within the Data Controller and relating to the services offered through the Site;

– regarding the point d): the execution of the contractual sale/purchase relationship between the user and Francesco Cillo – EVO Oils pursuant to art. 6.b GDPR;
– regarding the point e): the fulfillment of legal obligations established by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 6.c GDPR.
Any refusal opposed to the data processing in these cases may therefore prevent the execution of the services; as far as possible, the user will still be given the right to consult the site without providing any personal data, even if in this case, some features or characteristics of the site may be disabled.

The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in art. 2, paragraph 1, point f) and, where provided, pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 2, is always optional, as the legal basis of the processing in these cases is the user’s consent, pursuant to art. 6.a GDPR, informed, free and optional. 4. PROCESSED DATA

Depending on the service rendered, different types of personal data may be processed, as specified in this article.

In every communication, however, the user is reminded that he can withdraw the consent at any time and without formalities. The data are deleted if the interested party require it.

4.3. NEWSLETTER

Francesco Cillo – EVO Oils’s newsletter is sent by e-mail to those who explicitly request it, by filling in the appropriate form on the Site and authorizing Francesco Cillo – EVO Oils to process their personal data for the aforementioned purpose.
Consent: The service is provided only after explicit and unequivocal manifestation of consent by the user (issued by checking the appropriate box “Enter the exclusive Francesco Cillo – EVO Oils club” on the Site) and the provision of data is mandatory only when receiving the newsletter and the potential refusal will entail the impossibility to use the service, without further consequences.
Purpose: The personal data provided by users (e-mail address) will be used for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Method: The collected data will be processed with IT tools, also partially automated ones; in order to prevent its loss, illicit or incorrect use or to prevent any unauthorized access to the Site, specific security measures are adopted.

The cancellation is managed in a partially automated way, so that further newsletters could be received for a period subsequent to this request, however no later than 72 hours from the cancellation request, as its sending had been planned before the receipt of the cancellation request.
