Peculiarities and flavors

An extra virgin olive oil with herbal notes on the first impact (grass, green leaf), followed by bitter almond and artichoke in the second stage, blending together to create a harmonious balance in all its components. Pleasantly intense notes of bitterness and spiciness shape a persistent finish on the palate. Yellow color with green reflections, medium-low fluidity.
