The high-quality standards of our company allow a controlled and limited sale of our EVO oils to the countries that we supply, with the aim of protecting the consumer from any counterfeiting of Made in Italy products of excellence.

In order to maintain the quality that makes Francesco Cillo EVO oils unique, the bottling process takes place within 24 hours after having booked the bottle and a few days before the delivery.
The attention to every single detail and the innovation, the constant and uttermost dedication, have allowed Francesco Cillo EVO oils to win lots of awards and recognitions over the years.

The company is today able to certify the history of each bottle by entering in the archives precise information including the fusions of cultivars used, the exact bottling time, the buyer’s name and other important details.
Since we chose a system that regularly generates an identification code, we can guarantee to the new owner the reliable and exact origin of the Francesco Cillo EVO oil.
Currently the limited annual production is up to 3000 bottles: 1500 medium fruity and 1500 intense fruity. Each bottle is provided with its own chronological number.

The design of each dark amber glass bottle has been studied with regards to shape and details and it has been created in accordance with the Francesco Cillo philosophy. The greaseproof labels are produced with Tintoretto Fedrigoni Cariene paper and enhanced with fine details. The aluminum cap is threaded and there is an internal anti-filling pourer and a heat shrink safety capsule.
